Mandatum Life offers companies a solution to increase the long-term loyalty of their key employees by an investment contract that motivates top specialists to stay with the company. If needed, the contract provides the company with finances to seek for a new employee.
How does the loyalty program function?
- The company concludes a personal Mandatum Life investment insurance contract for each top specialist.
- The concluder of the contract or policy holder is the company; the money into the contract is paid by the company; and the accumulated amount of money belongs to the company.
- A loyalty contract is concluded between the employee and the employer, which provides the contract-related agreements (period of investment contract, sum to be accumulated in the contract, disbursement conditions for the employee, principles of disbursement in the event of death of the insured person etc.)
- If at the contract expiration date, the employer is still working at the company, the accumulated sum is paid to the employee in accordance to the loyalty contract concluded between the employee and the employer.
- If the employee leaves the company before the given time, the money accumulated in the contract belongs to the company who can use it to find a new employee, cover upcoming expenses or transfer it to a new or existing top specialist contract.
What are employee’s advantages?
Due to investment profit, it is more beneficial to conclude a loyalty contract than to receive the sum as an additional monthly payment.
